Professional staff at the front desk for the manager and nothing was trouble for them. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, central heating, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator. It had a tub in the large bathroom.

Fairly clean hotel with absolutely courteous staff and marvellous location just off the Electrical outlets in the kitchen area, a shopping center and restaurants and shopping. Brand-new and modern room, satisfactory breakfasts.

It had favourable and incredible location, right by everything, major stores, restaurants, lovely area right off the highway as well as a mall and a lot of restaurants. Furthermore, to wonderful zoo.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were great. The parking was convenient and we had no issues with transportation. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was very close to all the Battlefield attractions.

Every time we stay in Columbus, like to stay here. The venue is fairly clean, the staff is respectful and absolutely courteous. The location is particularly good, 1 mile from Magic Mountain Fun Center. All in all they offer outstanding service. Overall modern facilities, there's easy to access parking.

I recently stayed at Residence Inn in Columbus for a short business trip. The apartment was clean, modern, and spacious, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious options. I loved the convenience of having restaurants within walking distance and the easy access to a basketball court on the property. a fantastic stay!

It's a reasonably spacious hotel, warm breakfast. It has good location, next to a shopping center, lovely area right off the highway and the zoo. Overall GREAT food, plus there is Dave & Buster's close by.

I recently stayed at a hotel near a fantastic zoo with close proximity to restaurants and shopping. The location was perfect for checking out a nearby mall. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay enjoyable. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the water pressure in the shower was great. it was a convenient and pleasant experience.

There was an overpowering smell of either new paint or bleach in the hotel, which was quite unpleasant.
