pleasant stay but some improvements needed
The patio area was a hidden gem, perfect for relaxing evenings by the fire. The cleanliness of my King Studio with Sofa Bed was top-notch, making me feel comfortable right away. The ambiance was calm and inviting, a nice escape after a long day.
The lack of variety in the breakfast options was disappointing.

spacious, spacious, spacious
My King Studio with Sofa Bed was super spacious, making it easy to relax and unwind. The in-room kitchen setup was a game changer, allowing me to prep my own meals like a chef! Oh, and those mixer events during the week? So fun and a great way to mingle over complimentary wine and snacks!
do recommend 🥰✨

The king studio with sofa bed was spacious and very clean, providing a pretty and relaxing atmosphere. However, the air conditioning wasn't effective and blew directly on us, resulting in discomfort at night. Breakfast options were quite disappointing, with dry eggs and subpar sausage, although the coffee was enjoyable. The slow ice maker in the refrigerator failed to meet our needs for a quick grab of ice during the stay.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with excellent amenities, making it great for families. However, I faced a minor issue with towels being unavailable at the gym. Additionally, I found the breakfast options quite limited, which could use improvement.

The check-in process was painfully slow, and it felt like the staff were not adequately trained. While I expected a prompt service, I ended up standing there for what felt like ages. To top it off, my room wasn't cleaned properly, which added to my frustration during the stay.

The Residence Inn in Columbus provided a spacious room that felt more like a small apartment. I really appreciated how clean everything was, from the common areas to my room, including the elevator. The friendly check-in made the start of my stay stress-free. The staff overall showed kindness and professionalism. The location was excellent, close to shopping and dining options. I did have some issues with breakfast. it could use more variety and a bit more attention to temperature, since some items were cold. The oatmeal was a pleasant surprise, though, prepared just right. The gym had decent equipment, and I wished the room had a Smart TV to stream shows. Overall, a great choice for comfort but could improve the dining experience.

The King Studio was cozy and had a lovely view of the patio where we enjoyed a relaxing evening by the fire. I loved the indoor pool and the BBQ facilities, which were perfect for unwinding after a busy day. One small downside was that the bathroom could have used a bit more attention, but it didn't ruin our stay. 😊

I stayed for a night with my partner and it was a nice getaway. The spacious King Studio with Sofa Bed made it feel like a cozy retreat, allowing us to relax comfortably. While the bathroom cleanliness could use some attention, the patio area was a lovely spot to unwind with a fire. Unfortunately, the breakfast was cold and lacking variety, which was disappointing, but overall, the stay was enjoyable.
